Absolutely delighted with the service Tivoli Travel supplied us with on our recent long haul flights to Australia via different countries. On this type of holiday you do need to know that everything will be fine with no hitches . All went according to plan and would certainly recommend this very professional company. We will certainly use them again. Mr and Mrs E W Mckill

Karen at the Holmfirth branch was very helpful and sorted out our last minute holiday without any problems. It was easy and straightforward to book the holiday and to call in and collect the paperwork. This was the second time we have used Tivoli. We will use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Just returned from another fantastic holiday island hopping in Greece 🇬🇷 which was booked by the lovely Tivoli ladies. Wouldn’t book with anyone else. I can just tell them where I want to go, they send me a email with all the hotels on in the area we have chosen, it’s booked then we pack and go because they do all the stressful stuff for me. See you soon ladies to plan our next adventures 🥰

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Lucy at the cleckheaton shop. I booked a suprise trip away to Malta for my partners birthday and she went above and beyond, gave me a lot of informtion, on where to go and what to see, even information on local buses. I would definitely recommend Tivoli and will use them again. Thanks again.

Karen at Tivoli travel Holmfirth was an absolute gem … from enquiring about a suitable cruise itinerary , choosing the right ship , as we didn't want a floating block of flats , and much prefer the smaller ships , she was knowledgeable and so friendly and helpful . After the cruise was booked on MSC Sinfonia, she kept me informed and updated with changes to departure flights , excursions , and offers available . Prior to departure she made sure that everything was complete with pre-boarding , and ensured that we had the correct paperwork printed out for every step of our holiday . It was a perfect cruise for myself and my husband . We will definately be booking with Karen again as she went over and above to ensure that every aspect was stress-free for us . Thank you so much xxx

Jo was brilliant in helping us choose a holiday to celebrate my big birthday! We ended up choosing Singapore then Bali. The whole process was made smooth from start to finish including airport and hotel transfers. Would highly recommend and will be back!
